Springfield, Illinois & Pawnee, Illinois, 21 July, 2022 — Capitol Radio Group announced the winner of their annual 2022 Best of the Capitol, Best Painter category, Cinric Painting. The company was founded nearly four years ago by Rick and Cindy Mulkins. Rick was raised in Riverton, IL, and eventually of moving to Chicago to further his professional goals. Cindy was born and raised in the Windy City. They met and were married in 2008. Since then, they have had eight beautiful children. In 2018, after relocating to the Springfield area, they started Cinric Painting. The name “Cinric” is an amalgamation of their first names, CINdy and RICk.
